​The topic of discussion was "Mental Health Awareness" with guests, Johnnie R.M. Geathers ( Mental Health Therapist), Denise Rodriguez (Director of The Peer Recovery Center), Jennifer Smolowitz ( Project Director of The Suicide Prevention Program- Mental Health Association of Delaware) and yours truly. Their services are primarily active in the state of Delaware, however, they have valuable information to share with all families, groups and individuals who are on a mental wellness journey.
