Rachel is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and an Ayurvedic (Eye-Ur-VAY-Dic) practitioner as well an expert in ancient Eastern medical traditions, she specializes in women’s health and self-care.
Rachel developed The Yin Way, an online program that helps busy women and moms simplify their self-care so that they can lead productive, fulfilling lives without burning out.
This podcast is geared towards empowering postpartum moms with knowledge to understand the importance of self-care.
