FOZA Maternal Mental Wellness Podcast - The YIN Way
Welcome to this episode of theFriends of Zayne Adams, (FOZA)  Podcast for Maternal Mental Wellness. We are bringing awareness to stop the stigma, the suicides, the silence and the suffering that can accompany postpartum depression and other maternal mental health issues.

In this podcast,  Paulette Smith, President and Founder of FOZA, chats with
Rachel E. Redmond – Owner and CEO of The YIN Way.  Rachel is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and an Ayurvedic (Eye-Ur-VAY-Dic) practitioner as well an expert in ancient Eastern medical traditions, she specializes in women’s health and self-care.

Rachel developed The Yin Way, an online program that helps busy women and moms simplify their self-care so that they can lead productive, fulfilling lives without burning out.
