About FOZA Inc., (Friends of Zayne Adams), is a 501c(3)nonprofit organization working to provide supportive resources to families affected by postpartum depression suicides and related maternal mental illnesses. We support the children left behind. We support women and families who may be currently experiencing challenges with postpartum depression. We advocate for maternal mental wellness.
Why is FOZA asking for volunteers? FOZA is growing in the community, and we want to build awareness by increasing the information we provide to a broader community. Having FOZA Fans sharing posts consistently on a variety of platforms will allow more viewers to learn about our cause and respond.
How does a student earn service hours? Volunteers will share a post once a day 6 days a week or when new posts are available on the FOZA Facebook business page. Share activity will be tracked in FB Insights and in an Excel spread sheet Hours will be tracked in an Excel spread sheet. Volunteer Requirements:
Suicide prevention and postpartum depression can be triggers for some people, so Volunteers should be 17/18 years old.
Volunteers will share at least one post daily @ a time that is assigned
Volunteers will need a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter or other accounts where the target audience may be.
Volunteers need to be experienced/savvy in Facebook Business Pages, LinkedIn Business Pages (pointers will be provided, but no formal training.)
