So why do we ask? The answers make it easier to align your needs with the resource list we are building for you.  We do not send the same list to everyone. Your list is created especially for your needs because you are a unique individual.
We do not sell or share any information. Only your email address is used to connect with the resources you requested.
​The resource list we provide will give you the following info:

• Name of the resource
• A brief critique of their services
• An indicator, if they offer a FREE consultation, insurance, sliding scale, etc.
• A Web address, Street address, Email Address, Phone, etc.

How is what we do different from other organizations?
​You are different and we put a list together from the information YOU provide. We do not ask you for personal or private information, but we welcome any details you may wish to provide that can help us build the most beneficial list for you. Please do not place sensitve info in the form.
