Epi 37 – Supporting New Moms – Tips for Partners and Caregivers

#FOZA4PPDAwareness - Welcome FOZA Fans and thank you for joining in on a NEW FOZA PODCAST. This is Episode 37, titled Supporting New Moms – Tips for Partners and Caregivers

We here at FOZA believe there can never be too much information available to support pregnant people and their support systems. Yes there is a ton of information available, but as we learned at a recent community event, not all mothers get all of the information that may be helpful to them.  And that’s why we have to be relentless in sharing valuable information.

In this episode of the FOZA podcast, we’re focusing on the caregivers and the people around expectant moms and new moms, and we hope to expand on the information we presented in our last podcast. In this episode we will highlight many areas. I’ll just name a few:
  • The Power of Partnership
  • Creating a Safe Haven for Conversations
  • Active Listening
  • Watching for Body Language
  • Small Gestures, have a Big Impact
  • The Power of Connections
